Every employee is expected to meet HSE expectations as part of their employment relationship. These are outlined in job descriptions or other approved documents that clearly define what is expected of the employee while performing their job. Additional expectations are given for Managers, Supervisors or others in lead roles where others are significantly influenced. HSE is a key component to how an employee job performance is periodically assessed.
This policy shall be reviewed at least annually and any amendments shall be brought to the attention of all employees.
